    The mold design team has more than 30 engineers responsible for product mold design and 3D modeling.

    Professionals use MAGMA software to perform CAE analysis on die casting process and optimize process through analysis.

    Main software used: NX10.0, Creo2.0, CATIA V5R21

    The equipment uses multiple stations to clean the work piece by dividing the drive station into 8 stations. They are: loading station-scanning cleaning station-fixed cleaning station-partition station-rinsing station-water blowing station-vacuum drying station-unloading station-return to loading station. The entire cleaning process of the equipment is completely automatic, and it can be manually loaded or unloaded.

    The device performs air-tightness detection by sealing and inflating aluminum alloy die-castings. The equipment is controlled by PLC, the cylinder is automatically blocked, and then the test is automatically completed by dry air-tight instruments. The device can be equipped with a code scanning gun, which scans the QR code on the product to link the leak detection data to the product QR code.

    The equipment is controlled by PLC, which can automatically complete the loading and unloading, and then press and mount automatically through the electric cylinder. It can generate the curve of press force and position and set the pressure and displacement limit. Automatic identification of non-conforming products is also conducted.

The Company has more than 3,000 sets of advanced CNC equipment from home and abroad, such as the world's leading intelligent die-casting cells, mold centers, high-precision machining centers, automatic powder spraying lines, and precision quality inspection systems.

Quality Assurance

Yujiang has high-precision testing equipment such as spectrum analyzers, material testing machines, X ray detectors, CT machines, profile meters, and CMM, which can meet the requirements for component analysis, defect detection, and full-scale inspection of aluminum alloy products.

Quality Assurance

The Company uses the product QR code identity management to achieve accurate traceability of the entire process from blank casting to machining. When the final inspection is offline, the unqualified products are scanned into the waste management system and continuously improved. The packing system helps qualified products to guarantee logistics and effectiveness of precision tracing by customers; the bar-code application of the finished product warehouse is implemented, which effectively strengthens the first in first out (FIFO) control of the finished product batch.
